parallelen inneren Wände verdickt worden, was die Breite der
Innenkammer der Proben auf 4mm bringt und die Anforderungen an die
Probe um 60% verringert. |

cells have the same exterior dimension as the standard cells but
the walls parallel to the light path are thickened even more than
the semi-micro. This makes the interior sample chamber width 2mm thus
reducing the sample requirements by 80%. |
